We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3.3 Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate the App:

  • Firebase (Google) - Cloud infrastructure, authentication, database, and file storage
  • Expo - Mobile app development and deployment platform

These providers have access to your information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect your data.

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to:

  • Court orders or legal processes
  • Government or law enforcement requests
  • Situations involving potential harm or illegal activity

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account:

  • Your profile, contest history, picks, and all associated data are permanently deleted
  • This process is irreversible
  • Deletion typically completes within 30 days

You can access and update your profile information at any time through the App's Settings.

6.2 Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data by:

  1. Opening the App
  2. Going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
  3. Following the confirmation process

This action is irreversible and will permanently delete all your data.

6.3 Opt-Out of Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails by following unsubscribe links in emails we send.

7. Children's Privacy

Lawnchair Picks is intended for users 17 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 17 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@lawnchairlabs.com and we will delete such information.

8. International Users

Lawnchair Picks is currently available only in the United States. Your information is stored on servers located in the United States.

If you access the App from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
  • We will notify you through the App or by email for significant changes
  • Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
